Delivery Areas

All orders on Buy Na Ya will be delivered to any location within the Greater Freetown area. If your location is outside our service area, please contact us at 074-777000 for special arrangements.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2 – 4 hours.
• Express Delivery: Available for select locations on request.

Delivery Fees

• Standard Delivery: Le50 or Free for orders over Le1000.
• Express Delivery: To be determined at time of request.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email to your registered email address.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to reschedule.  Additional charges may apply.
